Chris Danley handles a range of environmental litigation matters which include CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and various state law claims based on environmental statutes and common law. The clients he represents include companies in the manufacturing, energy and mining industries.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Danley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Butler Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and to the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
