Drew Chapman advises clients on shareholder activism, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions; on distressed, special situation and other complex transactions; in highly adversarial situations; and on crucial regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters before the SEC. Much of Mr. Chapman's practice involves litigation and litigation reliant strategies.
Mr. Chapman represents activist investors, hedge, credit, distressed and private equity funds. He also represents corporations with respect to the above areas, including shareholder activism preparedness and defense. Mr. Chapman frequently counsels boards of directors, special committees and audit committees in connection with corporate governance, board and management evaluations, engagement with institutional investors and proxy advisory firms, and crisis management.
Mr. Chapman is the co-founder of the Eagle Down Foundation.
