Maria Aguilar-Rocha's practice focuses on litigation and regulatory compliance related to a variety of environmental, health and safety issues. She has experience working on a monitorship of a travel leisure company that was found guilty of criminal environmental violations. She also previously worked at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she handled a variety of complex, multijurisdictional matters involving securities and financial fraud.
Maria is pursuing her LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation at Georgetown University Law Center, where she is also serving as an Articles Advisor in the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
