Samantha Crispin Named Co-Chair of Baker Botts’ Corporate Department
DALLAS, November 12, 2021 – Samantha Crispin has been named Co-Chair of Baker Botts’ Corporate Department, joining Mike Bengtson in departmental leadership.
Crispin is a seasoned M&A lawyer with over 20 years of experience helping publicly traded and privately held corporate clients and private equity funds in complex M&A, capital markets and strategic business transactions. She co-leads the firm's global Corporate Technology sector, is Chair of the Dallas Corporate group and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Her clients include those in the media, technology, energy and energy tech, infrastructure and construction products industries.
