Deal Description: On June 10, 2021, Liberty Oilfield Services Inc. (NYSE: LBRT) (“Liberty”) closed an underwritten secondary public offering (the “Offering”) of 12,299,996 shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders at $15.60 per share. In connection with the Offering, the selling stockholders have fully exited their investment in Liberty. Liberty did not receive any of the proceeds from the Offering.
