Baker Botts Advises Hibernia Energy III in Sale of Produced Water Infrastructure to XRI Holdings
Deal Description: Baker Botts advised Hibernia Energy III, LLC (“Hibernia”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Celtic Disposal LLC, in the sale of its produced water infrastructure assets to XRI Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Morgan Stanley Energy Partners (“XRI”).
In connection with the transaction, affiliates of Hibernia and XRI entered into long-term commercial agreements pursuant to which XRI will become the long-term provider to Hibernia of all water-related services, including delivery of completions water and handling of produced water.
