On December 18, 2020, BBH Capital Partners VI, L.P., a private equity fund sponsored by Brown Brothers Harriman (“BBH”), completed the acquisition of DynaGrid Holdings LLC (“DynaGrid”), a portfolio company of CIC Partners (“CIC”).
DynaGrid is headquartered in the DFW area and provides integrated subgrade services to the electrical utilities market in 25 states across the U.S. in connection with the construction of substations, switch stations and transmission lines.
