On November 30, 2020, Sunnova Energy International Inc. (NYSE: NOVA) (“Sunnova”) announced the pricing of a primary offering of 3,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock and a secondary offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock by one of its stockholders (the “Selling Stockholder”) at a price to public of $37.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 525,000 shares from the Company and an additional 525,000 shares from the Selling Stockholder at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
