HubsBaker Botts Represents EnLink Midstream, LLC in $500 Million Senior Notes Offering
Deal Description: On December 17, 2020, EnLink Midstream, LLC (“ENLC”) completed a private placement of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.625% senior notes due January 2028. The senior notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior basis by EnLink Midstream Partners, LP, a subsidiary of ENLC. ENLC intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the borrowings under its $850 million term loan due December 2021.
