Deal Description:  On June 15, 2020, Rheogistics LLC (“Rheogistics”), a leading supplier of lubricant systems to the rigid PVC industry, announced it has been acquired by The International Group, Inc. (“IGI”), for an undisclosed amount. 

Headquartered in Picayune, Mississippi, Rheogistics operates a modern manufacturing plant designed around a unique proprietary production process that produces innovative PVC lubricant solutions for its customers in the PVC market. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, IGI operates a fully integrated supply chain including unique US waxy feedstocks, refining, blending, and terminal facilities.
