Deal Description: On May 14, 2020, Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty Media”) (NASDAQ: LSXMA, LSXMB, LSXMK, BATRA, BATRK, FWONA, FWONK) announced that Nasdaq has established May 18, 2020 as the ex-dividend date for the distribution of subscription rights to purchase shares of Liberty's Series C Liberty SiriusXM common stock in connection with its previously announced rights offering.
