Baker Botts Becomes Anchor Tenant of Washington, D.C.’s 700 K Street at Anthem Row
WASHINGTON, D.C., January 21, 2020 – Baker Botts L.L.P. is pleased to announce that it has relocated its Washington, D.C. office to 700 K Street at Anthem Row, where it is the anchor tenant. The new site accommodates all of Baker Botts’ lawyers in the District with room for additional growth.
Baker Botts now occupies the top four floors of 700 K Street, a light-filled modern space. The firm’s occupancy comprises 103,000 square feet that include 14,000 square feet of space across an elevated bridge at 800 K Street as well as a 6,000-square-foot private outdoor terrace on the 9th floor of 700 K – overlooking the Carnegie Library building in Mount Vernon Square, a historic Washington landmark that serves as Apple's flagship location. The property is also near the Capital One Arena, CityCenterDC, the Marriott Marquis and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
