WASHINGTON D.C., August 7, 2019 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading energy and technology law firm, today announced that it is representing Indorama Ventures Ltd. for antitrust clearances globally in its planned acquisition of the integrated oxides and derivatives businesses of Huntsman. The two companies today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Indorama would acquire these assets for $ 2.0 billion plus assumption of certain obligations.
