NEW YORK, May 22, 2019 - Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international law firm, today announced that it has acted for its client NASCAR Holdings, Inc. (“NASCAR”) who has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger pursuant to which NASCAR will acquire International Speedway Corporation, subject to customary closing conditions.

The transaction is valued at approximately US $2 billion.
