Baker Botts Partner Kelly Brunetti Rose Elected as Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel

HOUSTON, September 20, 2017 - Baker Botts L.L.P, a leading international law firm, is proud to announce that Houston Corporate Partner, Kelly Brunetti Rose has been named a Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel. 

Ms. Rose’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate matters. She counsels clients on an ongoing basis on a full range of governance issues, including fiduciary duties, board leadership and succession, board self-assessments, and compliance with regulatory and listing rule requirements. Ms. Rose also advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, disclosure issues, state corporate law issues, and general corporate concerns. Ms. Rose also serves as an appointed member of the Corporate Laws Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. 

The American College of Governance Counsel is a professional, educational, and honorary association of lawyers widely recognized for their achievements in the field of governance.
