Baker Botts Represents WhiteWater Midstream in Delaware Basin Joint Venture

Deal Description: WhiteWater Midstream, LLC (“WWM”) announced on May 22, 2017 that it formed a new joint venture named Delaware Basin Residue, LLC (the “Joint Venture”) with an affiliate of WPX Energy, LLC (“WPX”). The Joint Venture was formed for the purpose of constructing, owning and operating the Waha Connector Pipeline and the Agua Blanca Pipeline, totaling approximately 75 miles of pipeline in the Delaware Basin. An affiliate of WWM will operate the facilities on behalf of the Joint Venture. 

In connection with the formation of the Joint Venture, an affiliate of WPX subscribed for capacity on the Agua Blanca Pipeline as a foundation shipper.
