Mr. Bae is a bankruptcy and financial restructuring lawyer and will be a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group.

Mr. Bae has nearly 30 years of experience in representing clients in corporate restructurings. He actively represents key constituencies in complex and litigious chapter 11 cases. He has extensive experience in representing both debtors and creditors in restructurings involving mass tort, gaming, distressed commercial real estate, energy and others. Mr. Bae regularly advises boards of directors of distressed companies, as well as administrators of foreign insolvent estates.
Mr. Bae is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and attended Hofstra University School of Law for his JD.
