Baker Botts Represents Tallgrass Energy Partners in $400 Million Public Offering of Senior Notes

Deal Description: Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: TEP) (“TEP”) announced on August 18, 2016, that it, along with Tallgrass Energy Finance Corp., a subsidiary of TEP, priced an offering of $400 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.50 percent senior unsecured notes due 2024 at an offering price equal to 100 percent of par. 

The offering is expected to close September 1, 2016, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. 

TEP intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its existing senior secured revolving credit facility.
