Former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Experienced Litigator Joins Baker Botts White Collar Practice


WASHINGTON, February 1, 2016 - Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international law firm, announced today that Amy Conway-Hatcher, a highly experienced litigator and former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington D.C., has joined the firm’s White Collar practice based in Washington D.C.

During her tenure with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ms. Conway-Hatcher served in an elite trial unit that focused on investigating and prosecuting some of the city’s most difficult and high-profile cases. Ms. Conway-Hatcher joins the firm from Kaye Scholer, where she was a partner and served as head of their White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations practice in the Washington D.C. office.

Ms. Conway-Hatcher’s practice focuses on corporate internal investigations, crisis management, corporate compliance and the defense of clients in civil and criminal enforcement matters. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and other federal and state regulators.
