- Regency Energy Partners LP in the $18 billion
mergerwith Energy Transfer Partners L.P. The transaction was led by Dallas partner Neel Lemon and Houston partner A.J. Ericksen.
- Williams Partners L.P. in the proposed $13.8 billion acquisition by The Williams Companies Inc. The transaction was led by partner Joshua Davidson and Tull Florey.
- Morgan Stanley, as financial advisor to UIL Holdings, in the $4.1 billion
saleof UIL Holdings to Iberdrola USA. New York partner Bill Lamb led the firm’s work for Morgan Stanley on this transaction.
- EQT Corporation in the $1.05 billion
saleof its Northern West Virginia Marcellus Gathering System, along with a preferred interest in an EQT subsidiary, to EQT Midstream Partners, LP. The transaction was led by Austin partner Mike Bengtson.
