The Houston Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2021 Annual Fall Institute will be held October 7-9 at Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston, Texas. HIPLA has put on the Fall Institute in association with the University of Houston for the past 37 years.
Baker Botts will be sponsoring the Institute and Paul Morico, Partner, will serve as a Program Selection Committee Member. Paul will be speaking on Misappropriation of Trade Secrets from 8:30am – 9:00am on Saturday, October 9th. Natalie Gonzales, Partner, will be moderating the Judicial Panel for Hon. Alan D. Albright and Hon. Robert W. Schroeder III from 2:00pm – 3:00pm on Friday, October 8th. This year’s keynote speaker is Hon. Richard Linn, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
