In this program, William Gorrod, Matt Larsen and Ali Foyt will address recent state and local tax legislation and cases, and will provide an opportunity for roundtable discussion of important state and local tax issues impacting companies. In addition, Nancy Prosser, General Counsel for the Multistate Tax Commission, will discuss the MTC, the recently adopted uniformity proposals on PL 86-272 and combined reporting, along with the MTC's new uniformity projects relating to the taxation of partnerships and digital products.
This program is an overview tax program and is appropriate for newly-admitted and experienced attorneys. There is no advanced preparation or other prerequisites required. There is no charge for attending the program, and CLE credit is currently pending approval. Additionally, we will apply to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for CPE credit for this session.
