Keynote Breakout Follow-up Discussion
Baker Botts lawyers will facilitate virtual small group discussions among Forum attendees to consider and debate the issues raised in the conversation with Former Chief Justice Strine.

Evaluating ESG’s Impact on Board Decision-Making in 2021
Our panel of public and private company board members will address the growing influence of Environmental Criteria, Social Criteria and Governance (ESG) principles on the Board on issues covering disclosure, investor attention, litigation risk, compensation, diversity, and running a business in 2021.
ESG Breakout Follow-up Discussion
Forum attendees and Baker Botts lawyers will be convened virtually in small discussion groups to compare notes with one another on the ESG issues raised by the panel.

Building it Back Better under the Biden Administration?
