Baker Botts and the Berkeley Center For Law & Technology (BCLT) hosted an interactive dinner program on the Future of Global Technology Policy – Privacy, Data & IP on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. 

The program focused on what the future of data and IP protection may look like on the global stage. The panelists offered practical solutions for preparing to meet that future. In particular, the panelists discussed strategies that hedge against U.S. legal uncertainty, while simultaneously capturing the benefit of existing U.S. and foreign protections.
