HubsBaker Botts Webinar: Legal Issues Associated with Production Projections
On January 3, 2019, the Wall Street Journal published an article discussing issues surrounding the accuracy of some projections by oil and gas producers in the shale plays as compared to third-party estimates of the production. In this webinar, Baker Botts energy transactional and litigation lawyers will survey the legal issues arising from such projections, including an overview of the regulatory and civil litigation claims and defenses, both at the federal and state levels, that might be implicated.
