2019 Board of Directors Forum
The second annual Baker Botts Board of Directors Forum will take place on Thursday, January 17th at The Post Oak Hotel in Houston, Texas. This is a half-day event that will address hot topics and critical issues affecting boards and corporate directors in 2019. Discussion will include hot topics in M&A and governance hitting the news headlines of 2018; an interactive case study based upon the rise and staggering fall of Theranos; and the pressing challenges of growing and maintaining ethical board rooms.

The media environment continues to evolve in sometimes unanticipated ways that
