We work closely with our tax, ERISA and securities lawyers to create structures that accomplish the economic goals of our clients while addressing issues such as compliance with the “fractions rule” for tax-exempt investors, avoidance of unrelated business taxable income and creation and maintenance of private real estate investment trusts.
