Overview

Emily Pyclik's practice is focused on patent and trademark litigation. Emily is also a registered Patent Attorney with experience drafting and prosecuting patents.

Ms. Pyclik's patent litigation experience includes life science, pharmaceutical, battery manufacturing, and energy technologies. She also has experience in drafting and prosecuting patents in a variety of technologies such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, military technologies, exercise equipment, and drilling systems.

Ms. Pyclik has represented clients in trademark and trade dress enforcement and litigation, including beverage, information technology, beauty, and toy companies.

After earning her B.S. in Chemistry from The University of Texas, she spent three years teaching high school science at two Houston-area schools, in addition to coaching the schools swimming and water polo teams. Emily went on to earn her M.S. and J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.

During law school, Ms. Pyclik interned with The Honorable Jon E. DeGuilio, Federal District Court Judge for the N.D. of Indiana. She also participated in Notre Dame's Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she gained experience in patent and trademark prosecution matters.
