Christina Mouktari advises domestic and international private and public companies across various industries as well as venture capital and private equity funds. Christina assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border mergers, private acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and general commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Baker Botts in September 2022, Christina worked at a leading legal know-how provider before training and qualifying in the London office of another U.S. law firm.
