Collin Hunt is a senior associate in the firm's Global Projects group, and represents sponsors, developers, utilities, and other energy companies in a broad range of transactional contexts, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, project development matters (including site control, offtake, construction, and interconnection), and project financings. Mr. Hunt has represented clients in numerous sectors within the energy industry, including oil and gas (upstream and midstream), CCUS, hydrogen, and renewable power generation (wind, solar, battery storage, and BECCS).
