Brian has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for several Fortune 100 companies covering a variety of different industries. In addition, Brian actively manages and develops client patent portfolios for coverage in the U.S. and internationally. He has technical knowledge in areas including oilfield equipment and drilling processes, HVAC systems, FinTech and other financial services, telecommunications and network communications, and manufacturing processes.

  • Represented a metals and chemical distribution company in a breach of software agreement in the state of Connecticut involving a license to use a custom commodity trading risk management system.
