Kirsten Hallmark represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including contractual disputes, energy and securities litigation, and employment-related matters.
During law school, Kirsten interned for the Honorable Gray H. Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Justice Kevin Jewell of the Texas Fourteenth Court of Appeals. She graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was an Articles Editor and published author for the Houston Law Review. After receiving the highest grade in her Civil Procedure class, she went on to serve as a teaching assistant to first-year law students. Additionally, Kirsten was active member of the Texas Innocence Network, investigating potential innocence claims, and participated in Street Law, a global program aimed at teaching youth about civics and the legal system.
When not practicing, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur babies (a corgi and a cat) and cheering on the TCU Horned Frogs at sporting events.
