Wyatt Carlock is an associate in Baker Botts’ Antitrust and Competition Practice in Washington, D.C. He partners with clients on a range of antitrust matters, including complex litigation, mergers before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, government investigations, and counseling.
Wyatt has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex class action and private party cases involving all aspects of competition law and is skilled in handling all aspects of antitrust disputes.
With respect to mergers and acquisitions, Wyatt advises both public and private entities across a wide range of industries, including entertainment, telecommunications, technology, and healthcare and life science industries, on various aspects of antitrust law, encompassing risk analyses of transactions, pre-merger notification clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR), regulatory compliance counseling, international filings and investigations, and Second Request investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
