  • Represented solar power subsidiary of leading Japanese conglomerate in delay dispute arbitration against contractor related to delayed engineering and procurement of utility-scale solar energy facility in Mexico.
  • Represented owner of carbon black facility in complex construction arbitration against consortium of project’s construction contractor and designer/engineer, pursuing claims for the defective design, construction, and installation of pollution control systems and defending against non-payment claims related to change orders and excused delay.
  • Represented owner of wind farm facility in delay claim and site conditions lawsuits in New York state court against supplier and installer of wind turbines and against project developer.
  • Represented seller of Fiber Optic RealShape (FORS) technology sensors in multijurisdictional contractual dispute with buyer of sensors.
  • Represented specialty pharmaceutical company in state and federal multidistrict opioid litigation and federal investigation.
  • Represented television show producer in intellectual property dispute with manufacturers and distributors of video streaming devices allowing users to watch pirated television shows.
  • Represented former auditor of Bernard L. Madoff Securities in connection with the government’s prosecution of the largest Ponzi scheme in history.
