Deal Description: Crescent Energy Company (“Crescent”) (NYSE: CRGY) announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Eagle Ford assets from Ridgemar Energy for upfront consideration of $905 million plus future oil price contingent consideration, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
