She has handled international commercial arbitrations, often involving state or state-owned entities. Her cases span the full range of economic sectors, including electricity, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, real estate development, and financial services, and cover the globe, with a particular emphasis on the Americas.

Veronica Relea has extensive experience representing project developers and lenders in complex finance transactions across the United States and Latin America, Veronica works with commercial and investment banks, sponsors, and private equity firms on energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects, as well as leveraged finance transactions. Her robust Latin America practice focuses on a variety of complex financing arrangements, including acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.

Rebecca Seidl-Inglesby is a highly regarded M&A and projects lawyer in the energy and mining industries, and leads the Critical Minerals and Metals Subsector. Her practice encompasses stock acquisitions, mergers, and strategic joint ventures, with notable experience advising clients across various industries, including energy and mining.
