Deal Description: On October 3, 2024, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (“MMLP”) (Nasdaq: MMLP) announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Martin Resource Management Corporation (“MRMC”) would acquire all of the outstanding common units of MMLP not already owned by MRMC and its subsidiaries. The transaction is structured as an all-cash transaction whereby MMLP common unitholders will receive $4.02 for each common unit. Following the consummation of the merger, MMLP will become a wholly owned subsidiary of MRMC.
