William Giusti has extensive experience in all areas of project development and finance, with particular emphasis in the energy sector. Mr. Giusti has represented project companies, sponsors, lenders, underwriters and credit enhancers in these areas. A large part of his practice involves cross-border transactions.

  • Jamaica Public Service Company Limited-representation on a NEXI-insured loan facility to finance the expansion of a hydroelectric generation facility and the upgrade of existing power generation and transmission facilities in Jamaica, including the installation of smart meters throughout the distribution network
