Steven Tyndall's practice includes general corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. Mr. Tyndall's corporate and securities practice consists of the representation of issuers, underwriters, venture capital and private equity investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; clients in mergers and acquisitions; and public and private companies with respect to general corporate and transactional matters, including the preparation of periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with respect to publicly held companies. Mr. Tyndall's areas of emphasis include technology, life sciences and clean energy technology.
Representative Engagements
Mr. Tyndall has represented (1) issuers and investors in venture capital financings with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $400 million; (2) publicly traded and privately held buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $1 billion; and (3) issuers and underwriters in public offerings of equity and debt transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $3 billion.
