Mr. Scalice's practice focuses on government contracts, federal regulatory matters, complex commercial litigation and appeals, corporate internal investigations and white-collar criminal defense.
Mr. Scalice represents government contractors in the full range of issues that they encounter during competition, negotiation, and performance. Mr. Scalice counsels large and small contractors in all aspects of their business with the federal government with a particular focus in the following areas: acquisition fraud, suspension and debarment, federal administrative, civil and criminal investigations, contractor disclosures under the Mandatory Disclosure Rule, internal investigations, developing ethics and compliance programs, mergers & acquisitions, organizational conflicts of interest, claims/disputes and bid protests. Representative clients include government contractors in the aerospace, information technology, telecommunications and transportation industries.
Mr. Scalice is active in the ABA Section of Public Contract Law, serves as a Vice-Chair to both the Section's Debarment and Suspension Committee, and its Ethics, Compliance, and Professional Responsibility Committee.
