Noah represents and advises clients in domestic and international disputes and investigations. His practice has included complex commercial litigation, international arbitration and related litigation, internal and government investigations, and white collar defense. These matters often involve the intersection of United States law with actors and conduct abroad.
Noah regularly advises international clients regarding the application of U.S. laws and procedures, including the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, the discovery process, attorney-client privilege, and foreign sovereign immunity.
Noah also maintains an active pro bono practice and has collaborated with organizations such as the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project and the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center to serve clients in need of representation.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Noah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
