Grayson McDaniel is a civil commercial litigator. She has represented clients in complex business disputes in state and federal court at the trial and appellate level, as well as in internal and governmental investigations.

Grayson has tried cases to jury verdict as a visiting prosecutor in municipal court. She is active in pro-bono service, having represented clients in need through Volunteer Legal Services, Texas Accountants & Lawyers for the Arts (TALA), and American Gateways. She is passionate about literacy and served on the board of the Austin Public Library Foundation.
Before joining Baker Botts, Grayson served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Danny J. Boggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During law school, she served as an intern to the Honorable Charles Holcomb at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
