Ellen Lynch's practice focuses on representing government contractors in the full range of issues that they encounter during all stages of the procurement process. Ms. Lynch counsels large and small contractors in all aspects of their business with the federal government, with a particular focus on claim preparation and disputes. Her practice also includes organizational conflicts of interest, internal investigations, and developing ethics and compliance programs. Ms. Lynch has significant trial and appellate experience in complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lynch served as a Trial Attorney and Senior Trial Counsel with the Department of Justice's Commercial Litigation Branch. During her more than nine years at the Department, Ms. Lynch served as lead counsel representing the United States in complex contract disputes before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Court of Federal Claims.
Ms. Lynch also worked as an Assistant Counsel with the United States Navy's Office of the General Counsel, Naval Sea Systems Command, where she advised clients on a variety of procurement and personnel matters.
