  • Represented a U.S. supplier of advanced LED screens in arbitration seated in Hong Kong under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules against a Chinese manufacturer for breach of warranty resulting in defective products and defending counterclaim alleging breach of trade secret laws
  • Represented a Japanese green energy company in an ICC arbitration held in Hong Kong. This resulted in a favorable outcome for the Firm in the defense of the client against a claim made by a Chinese hydroelectric company arising out of the termination of a sale and purchase agreement for carbon credits pursuant to the Kyoto protocol
  • Represented a South East Asian government in arbitration seated in Malaysia under the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration commenced by a developer in relation to the termination of concession agreements for the development and operation of a 1800 MW mine-mouth coal fired power plant*
  • Represented an international oil company in Singapore mediation in relation to claims under an EPC contract for a 110 MW geothermal power plant located in Indonesia*
