Brian Finch has wide ranging experience in the U.S. and international energy sector where he advises clients on all aspects of the energy value chain including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, large-scale projects and other commercial matters. Mr. Finch's oil and gas practice focuses on acquisitions and sales of oil and gas companies, unconventional and conventional exploration and producing properties through stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions and mergers, exploration and development programs, farmouts, joint operating arrangements, joint ventures and other investment vehicles. He has also focused on matters related to the purchase and sale, transportation, storage and terminalling of NGLs and their refined products.
