Ms. Eaton has patent prosecution experience covering technologies related to antenna transmissions, systems architecture, software, cloud computing, graphical user interfaces, mobile device applications, wireless communications, signal processing, circuits, VPN data transmissions, as well as bioinformatics and medical devices. Ms. Eaton's patent litigation experience includes motion practice, claim construction, invalidity analysis, and damages analysis. Ms. Eaton has also worked on hardware, software, and trademark licensing, as well as open source software licensing and compliance.
