Jared Doster practices in all areas of intellectual property law. He has experience in patent and trade secret litigation, as well as patent prosecution involving a variety of technologies, including oil and gas equipment, semiconductors, and signal processing. He also has experience in trademark prosecution, TTAB cancellation proceedings, and copyright matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Doster worked as a research assistant in nuclear physics at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory (NSCL) while obtaining his master's degree in physics. Additionally, he worked as an adjunct physics professor at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, FL.
