Mark has extensive corporate and transactional experience throughout the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. He regularly advises clients on matters in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. Mark is particularly sensitive to the needs and demands of in-house counsel, having been seconded to the international law department of PepsiCo, Inc. for a period.
