Efren Acosta's practice focuses on M&A for private and public companies with a concentration in the manufacturing and oilfield services industries. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Acosta's practice also involves work on matters in Latin America, and his experience extends to representation of both U.S. and Latin American clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other matters in this region.

Mr. Acosta works closely with companies and private equity firms domestically and internationally in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, venture capital investments and private placements. He regularly advises clients concerning general corporate matters.
