Summary

Patricio Delgado is experienced in all areas of patent law and practice, including patent litigation, patent enforcement, patent portfolio licensing and management, patent counseling and preparing and prosecuting patent applications.

Mr. Delgado represents and counsels clients ranging from individual inventors and small start-up companies to publicly traded Fortune 100 corporations in numerous areas of technology. These areas include telecommunications, computer and electrical engineering, medical devices, consumer electronics, video games, computer software, transportation logistics and helmet accessories.

Mr. Delgado is actively involved in litigating multiple patent cases around the country, including the Eastern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of Maryland.
